Join Michigan cidermakers and Downtown Market purveyors for an evening of cider and food.  We will pair our world-class ciders with a selection of meats, cheeses, and delicious desserts.  

Come hungry (and thirsty!) and ready to see for yourself how cider just might be the perfect drink.  The evening will include a four-course pairing featuring the MCA’s Downtown Market partners:

  • ·         Aperitivo will feature the perfect cheeses that match our Michigan-made ciders.
  • ·         Field and Fire Bakery may even take a crack at making bread with cider!
  • ·         Aperitivo will also provide a second course of charcuterie.
  • ·         Montello Meat Market is in the process of creating three sausages made with sweet, medium, and dry ciders from around the state.
  • ·         We will wrap up the event with salted caramels from Grocer’s Daughter and heritage apples for our dessert course.

End the night with a full belly, newfound knowledge of Michigan ciders, and an MCA pint glass.
