This extremely limited dry heirloom cider is fermented with Winesap, Baldwin, Rhode Island Greening, Jonathan and Hubardston Nonesuch apples grown throughout Michigan.
It is a classic tavern cider with light tannins and small bubbles. Cider is a classic American drink and these apples represent over 300 years of tradition.
