5pm - Distribution contract law and best practices. Presented by: Joe Infante, Attorney at law Miller Canfield.
8:30pm - GLINTCAP judges welcome reception.

The United States Association of Cider Makers introduces the Cider Certification Program. This first ever cider accreditation program is designed for distributors, servers and others who are interested in becoming trained experts on all things cider.
Hard cider’s popularity has dramatically increased in the last several years, and now there is a way for food and alcohol industry professionals to prove their cider knowledge—the Cider Certification Program
7pm - What is GLINTCAP? -Mike Beck and Eric West talk about GLINTCAP and the styles that are judged. We will have examples for the public and media attendees.
Michigan Cider Producers will be out in full force for you to try their ciders.
