Bløm Mead + Cider

At Bløm, we make what we like to call session meads and ciders – they’re light, dry, carbonated, and remarkably sessionable. All of the ingredients we use to make ‘em come from Michigan farmers. Our flavors change with the seasons and are naturally gluten-free.

Our taproom – located in downtown Ann Arbor – serves as a space where you can sample our meads and ciders, ask us questions, sit down with a glass, or watch the fermentation process in action. We have a projector for film screenings, lots of board games, and an area for private events, performances, workshops, and community gatherings. Because we source all of our fruits, spices, and other ingredients from Michigan, our offerings change with the seasons. Hungry? We offer a food menu with snack plates, warm nosh, and some sweeties to top if off.
