Up North Cider Fest – Cidery Participant Terms

Please note that you are only approved to bring cider products, with the exception of one N/A product, such as sweet cider, sparkling juice, etc. 

Submitting your application for the Up North Cider Fest does not guarantee a table. The festival has a limited number of available spaces, and therefore, all applications will be reviewed upon receipt. 

The Michigan Cider Association (MCA) will send a response to confirm the acceptance of your business’s application by August 20, 2025. Any questions regarding the acceptance of your application or the application itself should be directed to paula@michiganciders.com. If your application is not accepted, your deposit will be refunded at that time. If your application is accepted, you will not receive a refund.

The Michigan Cider Association will purchase a maximum of $225 in beverages for each table reserved by a participating business. All participants will receive a 6-foot table, plenty of ice, and two volunteer passes (additional volunteers may purchase a discounted admission ticket). You must provide your own volunteers. You are encouraged to provide your branded pop-up tent; however, if you do not have one, you may rent one for a small fee. 

Following the acceptance of your application, you may receive a “Beverage Listing and Purchase Registration” form to complete and send back via email, and important logistical information about the festival.
